The Baptism of Jesus – Obedience and Divine Affirmation
Jesus comes to John to be baptized, showing humble obedience. As He rises from the water, the heavens open, and God’s voice declares His love.
In the desert near the Jordan River, a man named John the Baptist preached to the people. He told them to turn from their wrong ways and be ready for the coming Savior.
Matthew 3:2
Crowds came from towns and villages. They confessed their sins and were baptized by John in the Jordan River, their hearts made new.
Matthew 3:6
One day, Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan River. He asked John to baptize Him. John was surprised.
Matthew 3:13
John said, “I need to be baptized by You, and You come to me?” He knew Jesus was the sinless Son of God.
Matthew 3:14
Jesus gently replied, “Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness.” So John agreed.
Matthew 3:15
John baptized Jesus in the river. As Jesus came up from the water, something amazing happened.

The heavens opened, and the Spirit of God came down like a dove, resting on Jesus.

A voice from heaven said, “This is My Son, whom I love; with Him I am well pleased.” Everyone knew Jesus was truly the Son of God.

Baptisan Yesus – Kepatuhan dan Peneguhan Ilahi
Yesus datang kepada Yohanes untuk dibaptis, menunjukkan kepatuhan yang rendah hati. Saat Ia keluar dari air, langit terbuka, dan suara Tuhan menyatakan kasih-Nya.
Di padang gurun dekat Sungai Yordan, seorang pria bernama Yohanes Pembaptis berkhotbah kepada orang-orang. Ia memberi tahu mereka untuk berbalik dari jalan yang salah dan bersiap untuk kedatangan Juruselamat.
Matius 3:2
Orang banyak datang dari kota-kota dan desa-desa. Mereka mengakui dosa-dosa mereka dan dibaptis oleh Yohanes di Sungai Yordan, hati mereka diperbarui.
Matius 3:6
Suatu hari, Yesus datang dari Galilea ke Sungai Yordan. Ia meminta Yohanes untuk membaptis-Nya. Yohanes terkejut.
Matius 3:13
Yohanes berkata, "Akulah yang perlu dibaptis oleh-Mu, dan Engkau yang datang kepadaku?" Ia tahu bahwa Yesus adalah Anak Allah yang tidak berdosa.

Matius 3:15
Yohanes membaptis Yesus di sungai. Ketika Yesus keluar dari air, sesuatu yang menakjubkan terjadi.

Langit terbuka, dan Roh Allah turun seperti burung merpati, hinggap di atas Yesus.

Matius 3:17

예수님의 세례 - 순종과 하나님의 확언
예수님께서는 세례를 받으러 요한에게 오시어 겸손한 순종을 보이셨습니다. 물에서 올라오시자 하늘이 열리고 하나님의 음성이 그분의 사랑을 선포했습니다.
요단 강 근처 광야에서 세례자 요한이라는 사람이 사람들에게 복음을 전했습니다. 그는 사람들에게 잘못된 길에서 돌이켜 오실 구주를 맞이할 준비를 하라고 말했습니다.
마태복음 3:2
마을과 마을에서 많은 사람들이 모여들었습니다. 그들은 죄를 고백하고 요단 강에서 요한에게 세례를 받았으며, 마음이 새롭게 되었습니다.
마태복음 3:6
어느 날, 예수님께서 갈릴리에서 요단 강으로 오셨습니다. 예수님은 요한에게 세례를 베풀어 달라고 청하셨습니다. 요한은 놀랐습니다.
마태복음 3:13
요한은 “제가 당신에게 세례를 받아야 할 터인데, 당신이 제게 오십니까?”라고 물었습니다. 그는 예수님이 죄 없는 하나님의 아들임을 알고 있었습니다.

예수님은 부드럽게 “이제 허락하소서. 우리가 이렇게 하여 모든 의를 이루는 것이 합당하니라.”라고 대답하셨습니다. 그러자 요한은 동의했습니다.

요한은 강에서 예수님께 세례를 드렸습니다. 예수님께서 물에서 올라오실 때 놀라운 일이 일어났습니다.

하늘에서 소리가 들려왔습니다. “이는 내 사랑하는 아들이요 내 기뻐하는 자라.” 모든 사람이 예수님이 참으로 하나님의 아들임을 알았습니다.
