Jesus Calms the Storm
Jesus and His disciples sail across a lake when a wild storm appears. The frightened disciples wake Jesus, and with just a few words, He calms the storm, showing His great power and reminding us to trust Him in every situation.
It was evening. Jesus said to His disciples,
"Let’s go across to the other side of the lake."
So they got into a boat and began to sail.
Jesus was tired, so He lay down and fell asleep.
Mark 4:35–36
As they sailed, dark clouds filled the sky.
Winds howled and waves crashed into the boat.
Water poured in and the boat began to sink!
The disciples were very afraid.
Mark 4:37
Through all the noise and crashing waves,
Jesus was still sleeping peacefully.
The disciples ran to Him and shouted,
"Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?"
Mark 4:38
Jesus stood up.
He looked at the wind and waves and said,
"Quiet! Be still!"
Right away, the wind stopped,
and the sea became calm and quiet.
Mark 4:39
Jesus asked,
"Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?"
The disciples were amazed.
They said, "Who is this? Even the wind and waves obey Him!"

Yesus Menenangkan Badai
Yesus dan murid-murid-Nya berlayar menyeberangi danau ketika badai dahsyat muncul. Murid-murid yang ketakutan membangunkan Yesus, dan hanya dengan beberapa patah kata, Dia menenangkan badai, menunjukkan kuasa-Nya yang besar dan mengingatkan kita untuk percaya kepada-Nya dalam setiap situasi.
Saat itu sudah malam. Yesus berkata kepada murid-murid-Nya,
"Mari kita menyeberang ke seberang danau."
Maka mereka naik ke perahu dan mulai berlayar.
Yesus lelah, jadi Dia berbaring dan tertidur.

Saat mereka berlayar, awan gelap memenuhi langit.
Angin menderu dan ombak menghantam perahu.
Air mengalir masuk dan perahu mulai tenggelam!
Para murid sangat takut.
Markus 4:37
Di tengah semua kebisingan dan ombak yang menghantam,
Yesus masih tidur dengan damai.
Murid-murid berlari kepada-Nya dan berteriak,
"Guru, Engkau tidak perduli kalau kita binasa?"
Markus 4:38
Yesus berdiri.
Diam melihat angin dan ombak dan berkata,
"Diam! Tenanglah!"
Seketika itu juga, angin berhenti,
dan laut menjadi tenang dan sunyi.
Markus 4:39
Yesus bertanya,
"Mengapa kamu begitu takut? Apakah kamu masih tidak beriman?"
Murid-murid itu heran.
Mereka berkata, "Siapakah orang ini? Bahkan angin dan ombak pun taat kepada-Nya!"
Markus 4:40–41
耶稣平静风暴
耶稣和门徒乘船横渡湖泊时，突然遭遇狂风暴雨。惊恐的门徒叫醒了耶稣，耶稣只用几句话就平静了风暴，彰显祂的大能，并提醒我们在任何情况下都要信靠祂。
天色已晚。耶稣对门徒说：“我们渡到湖对岸去吧。”
于是他们上了船，开始航行。
耶稣累了，就躺下睡着了。
马可福音 4:35-36
他们航行时，天空乌云密布。
狂风呼啸，海浪拍打着船。
海水涌入，船开始下沉！
门徒们非常害怕。
马可福音 4:37
尽管海浪汹涌，
耶稣仍然安然入睡。
门徒跑到他面前，喊着说：“夫子，我们淹死了，你不顾吗？”
马可福音 4:38
耶稣站起来。
他看着风浪，说：“安静！别作声！”
风立刻就住了，
海也平静了。
马可福音 4:39
耶稣问：“你们为什么这么胆怯？你们还没有信心吗？”
门徒们很惊讶。
他们说：“这是谁？连风浪也听从他了！”
马可福音 4:40-41
예수님이 폭풍을 잠잠하게 하시다
예수님과 제자들이 호수를 건너던 중 거센 폭풍이 몰아쳤습니다. 겁에 질린 제자들이 예수님을 깨우자, 예수님은 단 몇 마디 말씀으로 폭풍을 잠잠하게 하셨습니다. 그분의 위대한 능력을 보여주시고 어떤 상황에서든 그분을 신뢰해야 한다는 것을 일깨워 주셨습니다.
저녁때였습니다. 예수님께서 제자들에게 말씀하셨습니다.
"호수 건너편으로 건너가자."
그래서 그들은 배를 타고 항해를 시작했습니다.
예수님은 피곤하셔서 누워 잠이 드셨습니다.
마가복음 4:35-36
그들이 항해를 하자, 하늘은 짙은 구름으로 가득 찼습니다.
바람이 거세게 불고 파도가 배를 덮쳤습니다.
물이 쏟아져 들어오자 배는 가라앉기 시작했습니다!
제자들은 매우 두려워했습니다.
마가복음 4:37
모든 소음과 거센 파도 속에서도
예수님은 여전히 평화롭게 주무시고 계셨습니다.
제자들은 예수님께 달려가 소리쳤습니다.
"선생님, 우리가 죽게 되어도 괜찮으시겠습니까?"
마가복음 4:38
예수님께서 일어서셨습니다.
바람과 파도를 보시며 말씀하셨습니다.
"고요하라! 고요하라!"
그러자 바람이 곧 그치고
바다가 잔잔해졌습니다.
마가복음 4:39
예수님께서 물으셨습니다.
"왜 이렇게 무서워하느냐? 아직도 믿음이 없느냐?"
제자들은 놀랐습니다.
그들이 말했습니다. "이분이 누구시니이까? 바람과 파도까지도 순종하는구나!"
